Woop woop new character for a possible series I could possibly make into a comic format???

Anyway, Tadoka I-don't-know-about-a-last-name-yet. He's doing magics because said kid is a witch and doesn't know how to dress himself.
Actually, there's an interesting story I got going on behind all those tattoos...hopefully I'll post more info about that soon.
I'm kinda excited for this series! I wanna finish the characters so I can get working on it!
